Chocolate...

it's been 2 years without chocolate now, but i am still (mis)behaving and dreaming of the day i will have a little piece (ok, it will NOT be a little piece, who am i kidding...)
but i am sticking to the (evolved) promise i made 2 years ago...

In the meantime beautiful pictures will have to do...

Museo del Chocolate.

Proyecto arquitectónico rojkind arquitectos





El museo está dividido por diferentes áreas, ocupadas por:
• El área de la recepción.
• El área donde está situado el teatro; en donde se presenta el proceso para elaborar del famosos chocolate Nestlé de marca suiza, y en donde se explica audiovisualmente la historia del chocolate.
• Un túnel; que permite el recorrido por toda la fábrica. Desde aquí se pueden observar los trabajadores mientras trabajan en la preparación del chocolate.
• Una tienda: donde el visitante puede comprar artículos y souvenir de la famosa firma.

Cenk Sönmezsoy is the detail-oriented chocoholic behind the lovely food blog, Cafe Fernando.
Cenk Sönmezsoy is a food blogger, photographer, food stylist and a shameless chocoholic from İstanbul, Turkey. In 2006, Cenk started his award-winning food blog Cafe Fernando to share his kitchen adventures. On his blog’s fourth anniversary, he ditched his corporate job and became a full-time blogger. He is currently working on his first cookbook, which is scheduled for publication in Turkey in September 2011. His blog is named after The Golden Girls character Rose Nylund’s (played by the amazing Betty White) one-eyed teddy bear, Fernando. You can visit his portfolio here.
